In 2010 we had a record amount of teams register to participate and with 2011 shaping up to host a record 42,000 participants, this page is designed to keep all team members and captains informed throughout the course of the event.
We have vital information listed below for any person registering as part of a team so please check out the information and contact us at citytosurf@csports.com.au if you have any questions.
Bus PassesIf you have arranged a bus to pick your team up from City Beach Oval, you must pre-arrange a bus permit by Friday 19th August. These passes need to be displayed on event day to grant the bus access to the designated bus zone.
Due to road closures, strict deadlines apply to bus arrival and pick up times. Busses must be at the oval by 9am and cannot leave until 1.30pm under any circumstance.
There is no parking at City Beach Oval so we recommend teams arrange a bus and bus permit or take advantage of the free public transport for all participants, thanks to Transperth.
Please contact the Chevron City to Surf for Activ team who will help you to arrange a bus permit: citytosurf@csports.com.au. A map will be provided to you along with your permit.

Registration Process |
Anyone can create a team and it is free to do so! You will need to register your team by
creating a team login and password. Once this is done you can send your
team details (team name and password) to anyone you choose, allowing them
to register as part of your team.

Team registrations close at 12 noon on Friday 26 August 2011. |

Pack Collection |
As per 2010, team race packs will NOT be collated and ready for collection at the
Event Expo. Race packs are organised according to bib number and not
team registrations. Should you wish to collect all team race packs at
the Event Expo on behalf of your team you will, unfortunately, have to
queue for each individual pack. The postal option closes 6pm (WST),
Friday 29 July. |

Pay Now/Pay Later
|
The PAY NOW option requires immediate payment from each person entering your team.
The ‘PAY LATER’ option allows all entry fees to be paid in one transaction at a later date. This payment can only be done by the Team Captain and means that all entries are in a "queued" entrants bin until such
time as payment has been made for the entries. Once payment has been
made entries become "accepted". If your entry is amongst the queued
members of a Team you can not currently view confirmation of your entry.
You will be able to view this information online when the entries have
been "accepted" (paid for).
If you get this option wrong just email the City to Surf team on citytosurf@csports.com.au and we can change this for you.
