Q: How do I enter?
A: Online Registrations are now Open.
You can enter three ways. Online, postal or in person.
Postal entry forms can be collected from your local Coles supermarket from May until the end of July.
In-person entries can be made at the event expo August 26-28. Click here for expo information and opening hours.

Q: Can I enter now and pay later?
A: No, unless you are entering as part of a team where the team captain is paying for all team members, you must pay at the time of entry. Entries without payment will not be processed. Any information entered in to our online system without a payment being made will not be saved unless they are part of a team entry.

Can I enter on race day?
A: No. There will be no facility to register participants on race day or to collect race packs for paid registrations.
Your last chance to register and collect you race pack is Saturday August 28 at the Event Expo, open until 5pm.

Can I get a refund?
A: No refunds will be issued under any circumstance.
When you register online or via postal entry form you accept the terms and conditions of entry which clearly state under no circumstances will a refund be provided.

Can I change events?
A: Entries can be transferred between events using our online system. A fee difference must be paid if changing to a higher fee event. There will not be any refunds for changing to a lower fee event.

Can I transfer my entry fee?
A: Entries can be transferred from one entrant to another by either written request, by logging in to your details on our registration page and making the change yourself, or in person at the event expo before 5pm Saturday August 28.

What is a race pack?
A: Race packs contain your race number, electronic timing chip, safety pins and promotional items. The electronic timing chip is a small computerised chip that you need to tie on to your shoe laces. It registers the time you cross the start and finish lines to calculate your race time for official publication. The chip is only loaned to you for the race and must be returned in the Recovery Area at the finish.
NB: Failure to return your timing chip will incur a fee of $25. If you cannot compete on the day but you have received your race pack make sure you return your chip to the race office by Friday September 10 to avoid the fine. Return timing chips to the following address –

Q: How do I receive/collect my race pack?
A: When you register you will be given two options:
a) collect your race pack at the Event Expo
b) have your race pack posted to you for an additional fee (Individual participants ONLY)
NB: after 23 July the postal option will be closed and you will not be offered this option at time of registration.

Can someone else collect my race pack for me?
A: Yes. Identification will be required and the person collecting the race pack will be required to present a copy of your registration Eticket (printout).
