FREE PUBLIC TRANSPORT TO AND FROM THE EVENT!Take advantage of the free public transport to and from the event for all* participants until 4pm.
Take a Bus, Train or Ferry
to get yourself to the start line and home again on race day. All
services are free to participants and volunteers thanks to Transperth.
Show your race bib (or volunteer accreditation) to travel. Additional
services are in place to deal with crowds and to ensure quick and easy
travel.
GETTING THERE
12km & Half Marathon - Additional and strengthened train
services will operate to get participants in to Perth City prior to
9am. For train timetable information CLICK HERE.
4km - Use the additional free services to Perth City and
then jump
on the free event shuttle operating from Stand 15 at
Wellington Street Bus Station. This service will drop you at the 4km Walk/Run/Wheelchair start
precinct.
GETTING HOME
There is a free shuttle service available to all
participants returning from City Beach Oval. The service will return
participants to Floreat Forum or Wellington Street Bus Station in Perth.
Onward travel is free until 4pm on any Transperth service.
All participants are advised to utilise the free transport
services. Parking and road access is limited so anybody travelling by
car can expect long delays.* Marathon participants please note: there is no pre-event public transport service for the Marathon. Participants are entitled to use post-event bus shuttles and train services until 4pm.
