ANSWERS

Q: Can I change race categories?

A:  Registrants are now able to change their race category themselves. To do this, please refer to your e-ticket which was emailed to you when you registered.

On your e-ticket, please click the orange 'MY ACCOUNT' link the top right hand corner. This will log you into MY REG.

From here, click on "registrations" from the menu displayed across the top of the page. Next, click on the spy glass and then on "Category Transfer" where you will be prompted to click 'Continue' before your transfer options are shown.

Please note, you are only able to transfer down categories using this function (e.g. Move down from the Marathon to the Half Marathon, 12km Run, 12km Walk etc. Move down from the 12km Run to the 12km Walk, 4km Run etc)

A $2.50 transfer fee will be charged. There will not be any refunds for changing to a lower fee distance

If you have already received your Race Pack in the post, you will need to visit the Expo to change category. For Expo opening hours, please visit our website www.perthcitytosurf.com

Your e-ticket can be resent to you by clicking the INDIVIDUAL registration button on the homepage of our event website www.perthcitytosurf.com

Q: What is a race pack?

A: Race packs contain your race number, electronic timing chip, safety pins and promotional items. The electronic timing chip is a small computerised chip that you need to tie on to your shoe laces. It registers the time you cross the start and finish lines to calculate your race time for official publication. The chip is only loaned to you for the race and must be returned in the Recovery Area at the finish.

NB: Failure to return your timing chip will incur a fee of $25. If you cannot compete on the day but you have received your race pack make sure you return your chip to the race office by Friday 9 September to avoid the fine.

Return timing chips to the following address -
Chevron City to Surf for Activ
C/- Corporate Sports Australia,
26 Queen Street, PERTH 6000.

Q: How do I receive/collect my race pack?

A: When you register you will be given two options:

a) collect your race pack at the Event Expo
b) have your race pack posted to you for an additional fee

NB: after 6pm (WST) on 27 July 2011 the postal option will be closed and you will not be offered this option at time of registration.

Q: What happens if my postal race pack is not paid for by the closing date?

A: If your pack is not paid for in full by 6pm on Friday 29th July your postage option will be automatically transferred to a collection option. NOTE: This also applies to team members.

Q: Can someone else collect my race pack for me?

A: Yes. Identification will be required and the person collecting the race pack will be required to present a copy of your registration E-ticket (printout). PLEASE NOTE the race packs will not be collated according to team registrations. Race packs will be issued according to Bib numbers.
