Q: When should I get to the start?

A: It is recommended that you arrive at the race precinct at least one hour before the start of your distance. This will ensure you can use any services you require for example clothing, warm-ups, transport etc and ensure that you find your correct start category and you are not impeded by road closures. Full details for getting to the event and services available in the start precinct will be released in August.

Q: Where do I leave my bags/clothing etc?

A: A free clothing service to transport clothing items from the start line in the city and the start at Perry Lakes to the finish line at City Beach will be operated on race day.

The drop off areas will be broken down by start groups. Please approach only the drop off area corresponding to your distance, start group (colour coded) and race number. These will be clearly sign posted.

To use the service you will need your Bib Number sticker which can be found in your race pack. This will be attached to a bag supplied at the drop off area. Bags will then be loaded in to corresponding vehicles and transported to City Beach Oval. At the other end the same signage will designate where each start category can collect their property.

No responsibility will be taken for valuables and participants are encouraged not to bring any on race day.

The finish line for all distances is on West Coast Highway in City Beach.
