Q: How do I enter as a team?A:
Team entries must be done through the online registration process by following the links provided. You can register as a team by cicking
here. Team registrations close at 12 noon on Friday 26 August 2011.

Q: Is there a minimum or maximum number of participants in a team?A:
The minimum number of participants required to form a team is 2. There is no limit to the number of participants you can have in your team.
Q: Can I enter multiple teams for my organisation?A: Yes. If you are creating more than one team for your organisation (e.g. Corporate, and Social teams) you need to use a unique email/password combination for each team as the registration system relies on a unique email/password combination to provide access to each unique team. Failure to create a unique email/password combination for each team will deny the Team Manager access to team records, and lead to potential team members being unable to enter the appropriate team.
Q: Can we enter as a team if team members are in separate distances?A:
Yes. The registration process allows team members to select the particular distance that is suitable for each individual.
Q: Do I need to pay the entry fee at the time of registration if I am a member of a team?
A:
This will depend on how your Team Captain has set up your team registration account. The Team Captain will have selected for team members to either pay individually upon registration, or to pay for all team registrations at a later date. Please contact your Team Captain for further details.
Q: Why cant I see confirmation of my team entry?
A:
You will not be able to see confirmation of your entry if your Team Captain has selected the "Pay Later" option. The "Pay Later" option means that Team Captians have opted to allow people to enter their
team without paying on entry. This means that all entries are in a
'queued' entrants bin until such time as payment has been made for the
entries. Once the entries are made the payments become 'accepted'. If
your entry is amongst the queued members of a Team you can not currently
view confirmation of your entry. You will be able to view this
information online when the entries have been "accepted" (paid for).
Q: How do I collect my team race packs?
A:
If the postal option is not selected for team race packs, packs will be available for collection at the Event Expo at the following times:
- Thursday 25 August 2011, 10:00 - 7:00pm
- Friday 26 August 2011, 10:00 - 7:00pm
- Saturday 27 August 2011, 9:00 - 5:00pm
NB: Team race packs will NOT be collatred and ready for collection at the Event Expo. Race packs are organised according to bib number and not team registrations. Should you wish to collect all team race packs at the Event Expo on behalf of your team you will, unfortunately, have to queue for each individual pack. The postal option closes 6pm (WST), Friday 29 July.
